AI Recommender

To get license recommendations, you must enable AI features.

Please note that you should have enough signin data history before trusting the recommendations.

If you have more than 10 000 active users in your tenant you need to contact our support team. You will get an error message and not be able to enable AI

To enable AI features go to Configuration and AI Recommender tab.

Click Enable AI and confirm in the next picture

You will have to wait until AI Initialisation, AI Training and AI Scoring jobs has finished before you will see data in the Recommentations report

Enabling AI will increase running cost of Bsure Insights slightly but should be less than 100 USD per month. Please monitor cost.
