# Dashboard

Your personal home page in Bsure Insights, where you stand today, at a glance.

It is designed to answer simple but important questions:

* How risky is my environment right now?
* Is that getting better or worse?
* What should I look at first?

***

## Overall Risk Level

A single score out of 100, split into **Accounts risk** and **Compliance risk**, banded from Low to Critical.

* **What it gives you:** one number to open with in any conversation about where things stand. The two components sit right behind it when you need to explain why.

## Potential cost savings

Your reclaimable Microsoft 365 license spend, split into **Unassigned**, **Inactive**, and **Disabled** licenses.

* **What it gives you:** a live savings number, broken down by cause, so you know exactly where to start recovering budget.

## Risk progress

A trend line showing how your Overall Risk Level has moved since a given date.

* **What it gives you:** proof of direction, not just a snapshot. It's the number leadership actually wants to see move.

## Your list

Your open findings, ranked by the priorities you've set on [Priorities](/user-guides/priorities.md), each with a plain-language description and a priority cue (Act now / Act soon / Plan ahead).

## What's going well

The findings that are already clear or under control, so the picture isn't only what's wrong.

## Where to go next

* **Tell Bsure what matters most to you** → [Priorities](/user-guides/priorities.md)
* **See the leadership trend view** → [Progress](/user-guides/progress.md)

{% hint style="info" %}
**Don't see Dashboard in your sidebar?** It requires **Global Data Access**, which is off by default for every new user. Ask your administrator to grant it in [Users Management](/user-guides/settings/configuration/users-management.md). Without it, your home page is [Progress](/user-guides/progress.md) instead.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.bsure.io/user-guides/dashboard.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
